  • Who is going to drive my car?

    Our drivers will collect your vehicle, take it to the garage, and return it when the work is done.
    All of our drivers are fully insured and your vehicle is always protected. We put our drivers through rigorous vetting and training before they join our team. All of our drivers must have at least 3 years of driving experience, hold a clean driver's license, be over the age of 21, capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles, and pass a criminal background check.

  • What garage will my car go to?

    We take the hassle out of finding the best garage for your car needs We have a network of garage partners that have passed a rigorous vetting process. We then factor in your location, make and model of vehicle, and the work that needs doing. Then, we cross-reference the garages in our network with your chosen date and time to secure the best possible appointment.

  • Which garages do you work with?

    We only work with top-rated garages to make sure you're always in safe hands.
    We're demanding when it comes to selecting partner garages because we know how important it is to get the best.
    We visit each garage in person, where our in-house mechanics evaluate the quality of premises and equipment, staff qualifications, capacity, and technical capabilities. CAARSAP only works with facilities that strictly use manufacturer-equivalent parts and pass our 25-point qualifying criteria.
    After all, requirements are fulfilled, we negotiate preferential terms with each selected garage (including parts, labor, oil, and MOT test rates), and finally choose whether to invite them to join our network.

  • Do CAARSAPS services & repairs meet the manufacturer’s recommendations?

    Yes - and we usually go above and beyond!
    Every car brand is slightly different, but CAARSAPS services and repairs exceed the recommended checks for almost all manufacturers.

  • There’s a problem with my car, but I’m not sure what’s causing it?

    We're here to help identify the cause of your car trouble.
    When something's wrong with your car, it can be pretty daunting. Cars are expensive items, and most of us are not auto experts. Fortunately, at CAARSAP, our team of in-house experts is highly experienced and ready to help. They will help you to understand what's wrong with your vehicle, and how to get it sorted. We can then explain it to the garage on your behalf (we are fluent in 'mechanic-speak').
    So whether you're seeing a cryptic warning light or hearing strange noises from the engine, or anything else seems out of place, we can help and advise you.
